Role & Responsibilities

• Perform 100% inspections of fashion jewelry at supplier sites, covering raw materials, in-process production and finished goods.
• Review pre-production samples and bulk production to verify conformity with approved specifications and technical packs.
• Document inspection results and prepare clear, timely non-conformance reports and follow-up actions.
• Work with vendors to define and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure compliance with brand and customer quality standards.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and support supplier performance evaluations.
• Deliver technical training to vendor teams on quality standards, testing protocols and best manufacturing practices.
• Support product development and engineering teams in evaluating new materials and construction methods for producibility and quality risk.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure quality requirements are met prior to final shipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in jewelry quality assurance, auditing or jewelry manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council), ISO 9001 and AQL sampling standards is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Thai; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Experience

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in jewelry quality assurance, supplier auditing or manufacturing quality control, including conducting on-site inspections at vendor facilities and managing supplier corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
