Tapestry is hiring a Project Manager, Store Construction in London (Greater London) to manage retail fit-outs across EMEAI for Coach and Kate Spade New York.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end store construction projects across the EMEAI region for Coach and Kate Spade New York, from feasibility through budgetary closeout.
- Develop critical paths and detailed project timelines using Microsoft Project and maintain all project documentation and design standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare and manage project budgets, monitor spend against targets and conclude budgetary closeouts in a timely manner.
- Lead tender processes: prepare RFPs, complete bid analyses and provide award recommendations to stakeholders.
- Review contractor and vendor fit-out drawings, oversee quality reviews and ensure works align with industry best practices and brand standards.
- Coordinate millwork deliveries with Production partners and maintain SBO (Supplied by Owner) logs.
- Produce regular status reports covering landlord feedback, design development, materials orders, vendor production and contractor progress.
- Maintain and develop historical regional construction cost data to inform future estimates and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (design, procurement, production, real estate) and communicate project plan changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required and travel to project sites across the region as necessary.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- 3–5 years' demonstrable retail construction or store fit-out project management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project; experience with AutoCAD.
- Experience using procurement/project platforms such as Procore and Workday (Scout).
- Strong communication, prioritisation and multitasking skills with a collaborative, cross-disciplinary working style.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the EMEAI region when required.

Experience
3–5 years of retail construction or store fit-out project management with proven experience delivering regional projects, managing tenders, controlling budgets and coordinating contractors and millwork deliveries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience in retail construction project delivery.
