  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; escalate issues with recommended remediation to senior stakeholders.
  • Produce regular status reports, executive summaries and post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and measure outcomes against KPIs.
  • Champion standards and best practices in project governance, documentation and change control.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3–7 years managing projects in retail, consumer goods or luxury fashion environments.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering cross-functional commercial or store/omnichannel initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Formal project management training or certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
