Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end process for packaging and marketing collateral, including development, review, and distribution while ensuring brand compliance and alignment with project timelines
- Oversee all sample logistics for photoshoots and marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining a comprehensive sample tracking system in collaboration with the Sample Management team
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records for budget tracking across multiple projects
- Manage requests from corporate and foundation teams, collaborating with Creative teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all deliverables
- Develop, distribute, and maintain detailed project timelines and organized documentation to keep projects on track
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates to all stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management or related field within fashion, luxury, or retail
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront)
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across creative and operational teams
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
