Tapestry seeks Product Manager, Discovery Experiences in New York. Lead ecommerce product strategy and innovation for Coach and Kate Spade. $125K–$140K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and document product strategy that connects user needs with business outcomes, presenting recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Build and own the product roadmap across multiple priorities and customer journeys, partnering with UX research, design, and brand teams to gather insights and define launch plans
- Lead analytics gathering and communication by building and reviewing dashboards at regular cadences, summarizing key takeaways and next steps
- Drive product execution by developing hypotheses, aligning with engineering on technical approach, defining test packages, launching A/B tests, and tracking performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, with particular focus on artificial intelligence and emerging discovery technologies
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to balance speed, craft, and business results across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ecommerce product management experience with proven track record of shipping high-impact features
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and agile workflows
- Strong data literacy with experience in GA4, Tableau, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and translate insights into action
- Proficiency with Figma and Jira; ability to build prototypes and write clear user stories
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve workflows, support research, and optimize analytics
Skills
Experience
5+ years of ecommerce product management with a documented track record of successfully shipping and launching high-impact features. Experience should include defining product strategy, developing and managing roadmaps, conducting data-driven analysis, and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.
