Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product development lifecycle from initial concept through commercialization, coordinating prototype creation, line presentation samples, and brand activation materials
• Oversee special production techniques including printing, laser engraving, and embossing, ensuring timely delivery and precise execution of design specifications
• Liaise with supply partners and cross-functional teams to track leather, materials, components, and hardware throughout the development cycle
• Collaborate with the engineering department to enforce quality standards, inspect sample execution, and identify potential risk issues early in the development stage
• Facilitate communication between strategy, costing, materials sourcing, hardware, and production teams to maintain consistency in material and component selection
• Lead handover meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate design details, quality considerations, special executions, and long-lead-time collection requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in EC-Vision system and conduct monthly audits of allocation and transfer lists
• Conduct on-site visits to supply partners to verify sample accuracy and compliance prior to shipment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of product development experience in handbags, wallets, or fashion accessories
• Strong knowledge of bag and fashion accessories manufacturing processes, fabrics, and leather
• Excellent organizational and proactive work style with ability to manage multiple development initiatives independently
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and attention to detail in a quality-control context
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent English communication skills

Skills

Experience

1–2 years of product development experience in handbags, wallets, or luxury fashion accessories; branded company experience preferred. Entry-level candidates with proven talent and strong foundational knowledge are also considered.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury goods product development is acceptable.
