Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Print Designer in concepting and developing prints and graphics across accessories, apparel and special projects.
  • Produce CADs and digital artwork for in-house presentations and development reviews.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork: color-separate, format and hand off files per factory specifications.
  • Create and maintain digital and physical presentation boards; keep presentation materials current for meetings.
  • Conduct creative research and trend analysis to generate original print concepts aligned to brand vision.
  • Manage tasks against the development calendar to meet project timelines and proactively flag risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product development, materials, merchandising and legal teams.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider Print Team and adapt to shifting priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of textile/print design experience in the accessories and/or apparel market.
  • Degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent hand sketching and painting abilities; strong CAD skills.
  • Highly developed aesthetic sensibility and refined color judgment.
  • Proven proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and art history; strong visual research capability.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple projects and work to fast timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm for and understanding of the Coach brand and creative direction.

Experience
