Coach seeks Post-Production Coordinator in New York. Manage photo and print assets with expertise in Workfront, Adobe AEM, and Photoshop. $66,300–$70,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage post-production timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of photo and print assets
- Partner with project management and shoot production teams to align on scope, budgets, and schedules
- Provide daily status updates for active projects using presentation and spreadsheet tools
- Source, negotiate with, and manage external retouchers and post-production houses; serve as primary liaison from art release through final delivery
- Source and oversee production of printed, branded, and gifting materials
- Facilitate in-person and remote retouching and color reviews with creative and production teams
- Validate final artwork specifications (color space, file size, and other technical parameters) prior to distribution
- Archive final assets in accordance with internal archival standards
- Track project budgets, process invoices, and proactively identify scope changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years of production experience
- Meticulous attention to detail with a critical eye for retouching and color accuracy
- Comprehensive knowledge of print production specifications and color management principles
- Strong understanding of photography capture, retouching, and color workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong professional relationships

Experience
2–3 years of post-production or creative production experience, with demonstrated proficiency in managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in production, project management, or a related creative field.
