Kate Spade New York in Greater London seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to lead Europe performance strategy and drive ecommerce growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Europe performance marketing strategy to deliver annual ecommerce revenue and customer growth targets while optimising ROI and marketing efficiency.
- Own annual performance marketing budget and forecasting; translate channel-level traffic and revenue projections into plans that meet ecommerce targets and ROI benchmarks.
- Develop, execute and measure channel-specific strategies across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and other performance channels, ensuring day-to-day campaign delivery and optimisation.
- Manage relationships with external performance agencies; set clear KPIs (traffic, revenue, ROI), oversee execution, and ensure on-time, on-plan delivery.
- Design and oversee affiliate programme strategy including commission rate reviews, partner negotiations, tenancy agreements and market launches, with emphasis on content and influencer partnerships in collaboration with PR.
- Drive SEO performance through agency management and prioritisation of technical, content and keyword initiatives; collaborate with North America on the global AEO roadmap and monitor visibility across LLM platforms.
- Increase customer acquisition and retention via performance channels with a focus on newsletter signups and subscriber growth.
- Identify and scale opportunities in existing and emerging channels (including LLMs/AI and Search) to improve cost efficiency and expand audience reach.
- Partner with Ecommerce and Brand teams to align performance activity to commercial campaigns and regional ecommerce plans.
- Track industry and channel developments and translate new opportunities into actionable roadmaps to enhance long-term digital performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing within a multi-market, ecommerce-led business.
- Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, Paid Social and Affiliate Marketing, with demonstrable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and strong knowledge of marketing measurement and tracking solutions.
- Proven budget management experience with a track record of delivering sales growth against ROI targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project and organisational management skills; consistently delivers initiatives on time and to plan.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Proactive, resilient and solution-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Skills
Experience
Proven track record in performance marketing for multi-market ecommerce businesses, including hands-on management of paid search, social, affiliate programmes and SEO; demonstrable experience managing budgets, external agencies and delivering measurable revenue and ROI growth.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
