Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR business partner for field retail and operations leaders across the EMEA region, delivering pragmatic people solutions that enable commercial objectives.
  • Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning and talent reviews in partnership with local management.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations and case management, ensuring consistent application of policy and local employment law compliance.
  • Support workforce planning and resourcing for field teams; partner with recruitment to attract, onboard and retain frontline talent.
  • Coach and develop managers on people leadership, engagement, change management and performance improvement.
  • Implement regional HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global policy and local adaptation as required.
  • Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions and report on people KPIs to regional leadership.
  • Collaborate with Centre of Excellence teams (compensation & benefits, learning, HR operations) to deliver integrated solutions for the field.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting field/retail operations across multiple countries in EMEA.
  • Strong working knowledge of EU and local employment legislation and practical experience managing employee relations cases.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior and frontline leaders through coaching and data-driven recommendations.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced retail environment and the agility to manage competing priorities across time zones.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification is preferred.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field; professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
