Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and follow-up.
  • Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Source new customers and conduct timely follow-up to convert prospects into purchasers.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with POS, asset-protection and retail policies.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven POS operation capability and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and ability to capture and action customer data.
  • Ability to read price and release sheets and to use walkie-talkie communications.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Capacity to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, public holidays).
  • Preferred: social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or product video demonstrations.
