Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups) and follow POS and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, stock management and inventory cycles to ensure product availability and floor standards.
  • Maintain a high‑energy selling floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; comfort working to KPIs.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); experience reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations is preferred.

Experience
