Coach in New Taipei City seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and targeted fashion advice.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple clients concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while upholding service standards.
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and stocked; comply with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement).
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and promote a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and perform basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS devices.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and data acquisition; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping is a plus.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and handling multiple customers simultaneously.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail exposure, omnichannel selling experience and clienteling or live‑stream/video demo backgrounds are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, fashion or hospitality training is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in New Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taiwan, with easy access to Taipei.
