Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand, consistently applying Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to demand.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while upholding service standards.
- Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) efficiently and accurately.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement between floor and stockroom.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable familiarity with fashion trends and competitor landscape; social media savviness and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; capable of performing in a fast‑paced retail environment.
