Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and deepen client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute a personal sales plan.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video and live‑streaming) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy, professionalism and service standards.
- Perform daily operational duties: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviour to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos and basic clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or field sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or post‑secondary studies in fashion, merchandising or a related discipline is a plus. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

This position is based in Taoyuan, Taoyuan, Taiwan, within easy reach of Taipei.
