Kate Spade New York (Tapestry) seeks a Paid Social Associate in New York to manage paid social campaigns, optimize ROAS, and drive customer acquisition.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute paid social initiatives on Meta to improve ROAS, drive incremental sales growth, and acquire new customers, under direction of the Sr. Manager, Demand Capture (Performance).
- Monitor live paid social campaigns daily, perform QA, manage pacing and budgets, and recommend sub-tactic and creative optimizations.
- Manage creative trafficking processes and calendars; brief and approve assets with the creative team and ensure promotional creatives are delivered and implemented correctly.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance recaps with actionable learnings and recommendations.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial accrual and invoicing submissions, reconciling variances between budgets and invoices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, site, creative teams and external agencies/vendors to align on launches, timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of focused experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within retail/fashion or at an agency.
- Proven proficiency with Meta campaign management and standard paid social reporting.
- Ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate performance into tactical recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage trafficking calendars and multiple deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

2–3 years of specialized experience in paid social performance marketing, preferably working with a recognized retail/fashion brand or within an agency environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
