Coach seeks Occupational Health Officer in Seoul, Korea to manage workplace health, safety compliance, and employee wellness programs across corporate and retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct and support comprehensive workplace risk assessments across head office and retail store locations; identify occupational health risks and recommend preventive actions and corrective measures
- Manage employee health examination programs and coordinate follow-up activities; provide health consultation and guidance for employees requiring support
- Lead occupational health initiatives, wellness programs, and preventive health campaigns; support emergency preparedness and first-aid management processes
- Develop and deliver occupational health training and awareness programs; conduct onboarding health and safety education for new employees
- Lead programs aimed at preventing work-related stress and occupational health issues; support mental health initiatives and develop response protocols for customer-facing employees exposed to verbal abuse or workplace stress
- Monitor workplace health trends and provide data-driven recommendations; promote a psychologically safe and healthy work environment
- Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen proactive safety culture and advance compliance with Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse (RN), Occupational Health Specialist, or equivalent qualification recognized under Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Occupational Health, Workplace Health & Safety, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing employee health examination programs and workplace health initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Experience in retail, consumer, or multi-site operations; experience with Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems; experience leading workplace risk assessments and health-related projects

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, occupational health, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years specifically in occupational health, workplace health & safety, or equivalent roles. Experience in multi-site operations, particularly within retail or consumer-facing environments, is advantageous.
Education
Certified Nurse (RN) credential, Occupational Health Specialist certification, or equivalent qualification recognized under Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
