Role & Responsibilities
- Support ready-to-wear raw material development from design ideation through color and standard approvals to bulk production.
- Source fabrics and trims in partnership with Product Development and Design, ensuring aesthetic fit and achievement of IMU targets.
- Manage lab dip reviews, material testing coordination, and quality assurance communication with Hong Kong and overseas teams.
- Maintain seasonal binders, organise approvals, and manage allocation, tracking and reporting for seasonal prototypes and market-week materials.
- Perform system updates within ECV/EcVision (PLM), manage department seasonal invoices, and support budget and WIP reporting.
- Develop and sustain vendor relationships, monitor textile and hardware innovation and industry trends, and support problem resolution with suppliers.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years' experience in raw material development or product development within apparel/fashion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, EcVision or other PLM systems, and Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
- Strong organisational, project-management and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with overseas partners and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proven problem-solving capabilities.
