Kate Spade New York (Tapestry) is hiring a Marketing & PR Coordinator in Greater London to support brand, PR, performance and email marketing across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as day-to-day marketing contact supporting brand, media and campaign activity across Europe in partnership with the Brand & Media Manager.
  • Localise and execute global marketing frameworks into market-relevant activations, preserving brand messaging, visuals and tone.
  • Coordinate creative collateral development, asset management and distribution across internal teams, agencies and retail/ecommerce partners.
  • Manage cross‑functional marketing calendars to align brand, media, retail, ecommerce and CRM activity.
  • Support paid media and performance marketing execution, including media plan coordination, asset delivery and post-campaign reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for local media agencies, PR agencies and external vendors; coordinate timelines and deliverables.
  • Support PR planning and execution — press calendars, gifting (outreach, packing, couriers), seasonal look-books and weekly PR mailers.
  • Assist development and QA/testing of regional email and SMS campaigns; coordinate briefs with developers, translation agencies and regional teams.
  • Maintain marketing administration: invoicing, purchase orders, payments, asset filing and documentation of plans, approvals and reports.
  • Prepare regular status updates and stakeholder communications; build collaborative relationships with marketing, ecommerce, merchandising and global HQ.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, brand, CRM or communications (internship or full-time experience accepted).
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with capacity to work autonomously and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable interest or basic experience in email/CRM marketing, customer lifecycle management and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with campaign management platforms (e.g. Workfront or similar) and experience working with external agencies.
  • German language skills advantageous but not required.

Experience
