Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly KPI readouts, identify anomalies and surface opportunities to stakeholders.
- Standardize creative taxonomy and metadata; produce and publish creative scorecards and related documentation.
- Design, coordinate and analyze A/B and incrementality tests; ensure correct taxonomy, guardrails and publish clear, actionable recommendations.
- Conduct and synthesize media- and platform-level lift studies; maintain a repository of learnings and playbooks.
- Maintain prompt libraries for AI tools, run quality assurance tests, author user guides and train internal users on implemented AI technologies.
- Partner with regional teams, data labs and external agencies to troubleshoot data issues and respond to ad-hoc requests with reproducible queries.
- Maintain and update the data dictionary, KPI glossary, experiment registry, playbooks and AI FAQs.
- Collaborate with data labs to improve dashboards (data sources, refresh cadence, filters, and definitions).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, data science, marketing or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience designing and analysing A/B, lift and incrementality experiments in a marketing context.
- Demonstrable experience maintaining governance artifacts: data dictionaries, KPI glossaries and experiment registries.
- Experience translating analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with experience training non-technical users on analytics workflows and AI tool usage.

Experience
Mid-level analyst with several years (typically 2–5) of hands-on experience in marketing or digital analytics, including experiment design and execution, dashboarding, and stakeholder-facing reporting. Prior experience in retail, luxury or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, data science, mathematics) or marketing; master’s degree preferred.
