Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the wholesale field team of Brand Managers and third-party store support, conducting regular market rotations to gather store feedback and drive business performance
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales priorities, brand visual standards, and account strategies across all assigned wholesale doors
  • Train store teams and third-party support on product knowledge and visual merchandising, maintaining brand standards and store compliance
  • Partner with Planning team to monitor regional door productivity and profitability across the total wholesale business
  • Manage third-party store support budget to optimize resource allocation and improve door-level return on investment
  • Develop wholesale-specific visual directives and training tools in alignment with account and channel requirements through cross-functional partnerships
  • Gather and communicate in-market feedback on assortments, pricing, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to the internal sales and product teams
  • Support execution of in-store marketing activations, ensuring timely and accurate implementation while maintaining alignment with wholesale strategy
  • Maintain awareness of competitive trends, pricing, promotions, and in-store initiatives through regular market visits and competitive analysis
  • Deliver macro product feedback and competitive selling references to field sales team to impact business outcomes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and managing sales teams in a wholesale or field sales environment
  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution, account management, and field-level business operations
  • Demonstrated experience with budget management and P&L responsibility
  • Experience with visual merchandising standards and brand compliance execution
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
