Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field visual merchandising plans in partnership with cross‑functional teams and the VM department to deliver monthly floor sets, seasonal installations, events and pop‑ups.
- Train, lead and mentor Store Management and In‑Store VM assistants to interpret and implement Coach visual guidelines and maintain consistent presentation standards.
- Conduct frequent store visits (approx. 75% travel) to audit planograms, signage and VM elements; provide actionable feedback and VM recaps to retail and HQ stakeholders.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects with tight timelines, including store openings, seasonal rollouts, collaboration activations and marketing events; coordinate production tasks to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Drive ongoing communication between assigned stores and the VM team, leveraging global VM training tools, photo reviews and floor plan mapping to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor store performance and product trends to make informed merchandising decisions; escalate retail needs and recommend adjustments aligned to sales and business priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum six years’ visual merchandising experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Experience with international or Korean market brands preferred.
- Proven ability to interpret visual direction and deliver hands‑on training to store teams.
- Strong visual literacy, floor‑planning and merchandising execution skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
- Creative problem‑solving with the capacity to generate multiple ideas and execute under pressure.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team; proactive, strategic and results oriented.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and at short notice.
- Fluency in English preferred but not required.

Experience
At least 6 years of progressive visual merchandising experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector, with prior exposure to international brand standards and field support responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
