Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product discovery performance across Search, PLP (product listing pages) and site Navigation, driving findability, engagement and conversion.
- Shape and execute the discovery innovation roadmap in partnership with Digital Product, UX, Design and Ecommerce teams, aligning priorities to commercial and customer needs.
- Lead the Search, PLP and Navigation innovation workstream, defining vision, requirements and acceptance criteria and ensuring rigorous BAT (business, analytics, testing) discipline.
- Drive performance through data: own reporting, translate analytics into prioritized actions, and run test-and-learn experiments to optimize discovery outcomes.
- Identify gaps and friction points in the discovery experience and deliver scalable, customer-first solutions to remove blockers and increase conversion.
- Lead cross-functional delivery: influence stakeholders, manage dependencies, communicate strategy and risks, and ensure accountability to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and leverage customer behavior and market insights to inform roadmap and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital product or site operations, with demonstrated ownership of discovery/search initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate analytics into product decisions and run test-and-learn programs.
- Outstanding attention to detail, strong logical analysis and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities, organizing multiple workstreams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital product management, or site operations with hands-on ownership of search, PLP or navigation optimization and measurable conversion improvements.
