Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise Solutions COE for SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC): define strategy, governance, standards and roadmap for OTC capabilities across brands and markets.
  • Serve as the senior functional owner for OTC processes within SAP, driving requirements, configuration oversight, testing, release readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Partner with IT architecture, integration, Finance, Logistics and Commercial stakeholders to design end-to-end OTC solutions and ensure alignment with global business processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of OTC functional analysts and consultants; allocate resources across projects, coach on best practices and oversee performance.
  • Oversee program delivery for OTC workstreams—project planning, risk management, vendor management, and quality assurance to ensure timely, controlled deployments.
  • Establish KPIs, controls and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize order management, invoicing, credit management and cash collection processes.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise during system upgrades and S/4HANA or cloud migrations, including data validation, regression testing and cutover planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional design and configuration, with demonstrable project delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multi-brand environment.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, risk mitigation and vendor oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical requirements for business audiences and vice versa.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.

Experience
