Tapestry seeks a Manager, Organization Management & Reporting, APAC in Singapore to lead Workday data governance and regional HR reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own regional organizational and people data in Workday for APAC, ensuring integrity, accuracy and compliance with the global data governance framework.
  • Define and maintain regional data architecture, maintenance guidelines and governance mechanisms for key HR objects (positions, job profiles, supervisory orgs, locations, cost centers, legal entities).
  • Lead regional implementation and compliance of people data privacy and retention policies; develop procedures and standards to mitigate regulatory risk.
  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for regional data incidents and complex configuration or data remediation tasks.
  • Design and execute regular data audits and measurements in partnership with People Data & Analytics; drive corrective actions and monitor data quality KPIs.
  • Manage regional reporting (programmatic, compliance and ad-hoc) across HR platforms including Workday and time & attendance systems; produce dashboards and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HRTS and global teams on system changes, participate in testing and validation, and deliver training and enablement to HR users.
  • Partner with third-party HR service providers and regional People Operations leaders to operationalise organisational changes (reorgs, M&A) and ensure data-driven execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR data, reporting or HRIS operations, with a mix of operational and project delivery responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in a global HCM environment; Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership and process-driven mindset with experience designing governance and maintenance processes.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience designing audits, metrics and dashboards to measure data accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience training and enabling HR teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and retention requirements relevant to APAC jurisdictions.

Experience

At least five years of progressive responsibility in HR data, HRIS or people analytics functions, with operational ownership and project delivery in a global HCM environment; prior experience supporting APAC jurisdictions and working with third-party HR service providers is highly desirable.
