Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global marketing procurement strategy for agency, media, production, events and experiential services to align with brand and commercial objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing cycles including RFP design, supplier selection, negotiation of commercial terms, and contracting (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
- Partner closely with marketing, finance, legal and category stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into sourcing strategies and sourcing briefs.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs and regular business reviews; drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation and innovation from the supply base.
- Own marketing procurement budgets, forecasts and cost-savings initiatives; create transparent reporting and cost-allocation practices.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate governance and sustainability/ESG requirements in supplier selection and contracts.
- Mentor and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver integrated campaigns on time and on budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or related discipline; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with at least 3 years focused on marketing/agency/media procurement or equivalent category experience.
- Proven track record negotiating complex services contracts, MSAs and SOWs with agencies and production vendors.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost savings and value-enhancing supplier solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior marketers and cross-functional leaders.

Experience
At least 5 years in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically managing marketing, agency, media or production categories; experience in retail, luxury, CPG or consumer-facing brands strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
