Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns and triggered programs, ensuring accuracy, QA, and on-time delivery
- Lead the development of lifecycle creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience insights, platform best practices, and campaign objectives
- Partner with creative, marketing, and channel teams to produce compelling assets tailored for customer segments
- Establish and maintain execution standards and SLAs; optimize processes to improve speed, efficiency, and quality
- Manage and develop a team of execution specialists, providing coaching and building platform and lifecycle capabilities
- Lead weekly post-campaign reporting and insights; identify optimization opportunities and testing hypotheses
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Facilitate creative reviews and feedback loops to optimize asset performance and storytelling
- Prioritize workload and manage resourcing across the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience building media campaigns with multi-million-dollar annual budgets
- Hands-on experience with Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms, preferably Cordial
- Strong foundation in testing and measurement methodologies, including A/B testing
- Proven ability to execute strategy with precision and manage high-volume calendars
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams

Experience
5+ years of relevant experience building media campaigns with multi-million-dollar annual budgets. Experience within retail or luxury is advantageous. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing marketing operations teams and executing complex, high-volume campaign calendars.
