Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional lead for ADP Workforce Software and other workforce-management platforms, owning configuration, governance and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with HR, Payroll and Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions for a large hourly workforce across retail and fulfilment.
- Manage technical delivery via Application Managed Services (AMS) and/or offshore teams, ensuring quality execution, governance and adherence to global standards.
- Own system compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment with labour laws, pay policies and accurate pay outcomes.
- Oversee integrations and operational health between WFM platforms and related systems (e.g., Workday, payroll, scheduling tools) to safeguard data integrity and stability.
- Lead testing, release management and change enablement activities in collaboration with technical partners and vendors.
- Use data and analytics to measure solution performance, quantify business impact and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR Technology and IT partners to align on architecture, governance and roadmap priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR technology and workforce management systems.
- Hands-on or administrative experience with ADP Workforce Software strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday Time Tracking, UKG Pro WFM and other leading WFM solutions.
- Solid understanding of timekeeping, scheduling and labour processes within hourly retail or fulfilment environments.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end system enhancements and production support.
- Experience coordinating with managed service providers, offshore teams or external vendors.
- Working knowledge of Agile/iterative product management methodologies.
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship not provided).

Experience
At least five years of progressive experience implementing, operating and optimising workforce management solutions within HR technology, ideally supporting large, distributed hourly populations in retail or fulfilment. Demonstrated experience managing vendor/AMS relationships and production support in a global, matrixed environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field preferred.
