Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent modules, ensuring alignment with global HR and TA processes.
  • Configure, test and deploy Workday Recruiting & Talent features and enhancements, including business process design, security, and integrations.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external implementation partners; oversee third-party integrations (e.g., ATS connectors, job boards, sourcing platforms).
  • Own data governance, reporting and analytics for Recruiting & Talent — design operational reports, dashboards and KPI measurement.
  • Drive release management, UAT, change control and production support, including incident triage and root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation and change-management programs to maximize adoption across global teams.
  • Mentor and coordinate cross-functional project teams and, when applicable, manage direct reports or external consultants.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent implementations or continuous improvement programs.
  • Demonstrable experience translating complex HR/Talent requirements into Workday configuration and integrations.
  • Experience managing project lifecycles, including testing, cutover planning and post-production support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior HR and business leaders.
  • Workday certifications for Recruiting/Talent (preferred) or equivalent HRIS certifications; vendor implementation experience.
  • Comfort with data governance, reporting and analytics to support decision-making and HR operations.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
