Tapestry seeks Manager, Global People & Organizational Development in Singapore to lead training programs, change management, and people development across SEAO and ASC regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with GPOD, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Retail Training & Development to design people development solutions for corporate employees and store leadership teams
- Support and manage large-scale and specialized manager development programs for corporate and retail store teams
- Facilitate classroom and virtual learning sessions for individuals and teams across multiple regional locations
- Design and manage diverse learning interventions including eLearning, asynchronous solutions, micro-learning, and AI-enabled learning where applicable
- Oversee vendor relationships for open enrollment and intact team training sessions
- Administer and manage learning offerings through Workday Learning platform
- Provide advisory support and own core change management curricula for organizational change initiatives
- Design and facilitate organizational development initiatives including team effectiveness assessments, organizational design projects, and other OD interventions
- Measure and communicate the impact of learning and development initiatives in delivering business value
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global Talent and HR Business Partners to understand and support Tapestry's evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Training and/or Organizational Development and change management
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficient in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Working knowledge of current industry trends and leading practices in learning & development and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholder levels and global partners, including senior organizational leaders
- Proven consultative and collaboration skills with leaders and cross-functional partners
- Certification in assessment tools and methodologies (such as MBTI, DiSC, Social Styles) is a plus

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Training and/or Organizational Development and change management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience designing and delivering manager development programs, supporting organizational change initiatives, and collaborating effectively across regional and global HR functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
