Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Manager, eCommerce Analytics in New York to lead web analytics, experimentation and dashboarding for ecommerce performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for ecommerce initiatives, delivering actionable insights and performance recommendations to product, merchandising, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to extract, model, and analyze experiential, customer and transactional data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks and custom views to measure business KPIs and scale analytics capabilities.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostic analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and translate findings into executive-level reporting.
- Leverage cross-platform data integrations (CRM, CDP, web analytics, transactional systems) to evaluate ecommerce performance and quantify business impact.
- Contribute to the ecommerce analytics roadmap, including automation and AI-driven solutions, and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support experimentation strategy by analyzing A/B tests and personalization efforts and advising on test design, power, and interpretation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital/ecommerce analytics and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with SQL and R or Python required (experience with BigQuery dialect preferred).
- Required experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Snowflake and Amperity.
- Familiarity with CRM and CDP platforms and large-scale data environments.
- Working knowledge of experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Monetate) preferred.
- Strong statistical understanding and demonstrated ability to distill complex analyses into clear, executive-level insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional partners.
