Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the consumer technology roadmap in alignment with brand, retail and digital commerce strategies, prioritizing initiatives that improve client experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of omnichannel solutions—e-commerce, point-of-sale, clienteling and mobile—ensuring seamless integration and robust API-driven architectures.
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts, SLAs and delivery timelines while controlling program budgets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the consumer technology team, providing coaching, performance management and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with security, data and infrastructure teams to ensure platform reliability, regulatory compliance and data governance.
- Translate business requirements into technical scope, sprint plans and measurable KPIs; report program status to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading technology programs for retail or consumer-facing brands, with demonstrable results in omnichannel delivery.
- Strong track record of vendor selection, contract negotiation and managing cross-functional third-party relationships.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical strategy to executive audiences.
- Experience managing and developing small to medium-sized technical teams.

Experience
Typically 6–10 years of progressively responsible technology experience, including minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity; prior exposure to retail, luxury or consumer brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
