Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the conveyor system and related equipment to ensure uninterrupted distribution center operations
• Set up, operate, and maintain receiving, picking, and shipping equipment with emphasis on preventive maintenance and proactive repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on order pickers, forklift trucks, and pallet jacks, including battery charging and replacements
• Execute electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, metal fabrication, and painting work on facility infrastructure and building systems
• Perform office maintenance tasks including furniture reconfiguration, electrical work, plumbing repairs, and mechanical installations
• Generate maintenance reports and manage inventory of maintenance and facility parts
• Troubleshoot 120V-277V electrical installations and 3-phase electrical motor control systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience maintaining conveyor systems, lift trucks, building apparatus, HVAC equipment, and mechanical/plumbing systems
• Certification or proven ability in 120V-277V electrical installation, 3-phase electrical motor control troubleshooting, or forklift/order picker maintenance
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally throughout the shift
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and crouch for the entire duration of shifts

Skills

Experience

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with conveyor systems, material handling equipment (lift trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks), HVAC systems, and building infrastructure. Demonstrated proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and equipment installation in an industrial or logistics environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.

The base compensation for this position is USD 29.25 per hour.
