Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and ongoing follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Operate the sales floor during peak periods with high energy, managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory reception and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and adhere to POS, cash-wrap and asset-protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence with POS operations and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Experience using clienteling tools and capturing customer data for CRM-driven follow-up.
- Comfortable producing social content and engaging in short-form video or live-stream shopping (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail background, clienteling experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and social commerce formats.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or hospitality training a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
