Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Logistics Intern in Seoul to support supply‑chain operations, inventory control and shipping coordination at the Korea corporate office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day logistics and supply‑chain operations across inbound, outbound and distribution activities.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock movement tracking and cycle count processes to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, purchase orders and basic customs paperwork under supervision.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders — merchandising, retail, e‑commerce and regional warehouses — to resolve operational exceptions and expedite deliveries.
- Compile and analyse logistics performance data and KPIs to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with returns, claims processing and carrier communications, escalating issues as required.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects such as peak-season planning, process mapping and system testing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail; ability to work with numerical data and reconcile discrepancies.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive team player with sound verbal and written communication and the ability to liaise across functions.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tools; willingness to learn operational systems.
Experience
Internship or coursework in logistics, supply chain, operations or related practical experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a demonstrated interest in retail or fashion operations is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, industrial engineering or equivalent.
