Role & Responsibilities
- Execute assembly and finishing operations on leather handbags and accessories in compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and production specifications independently
- Produce and complete sample and production pieces to exact specifications
- Coordinate workflow and progress with team members and the Countertop Team Leader
- Identify and resolve production issues that arise during the assembly process
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on quality and timeline expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in leather handbag manufacturing or production
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, patterns, and production specifications
- Proven ability to independently complete sample and production samples
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative spirit
