Role & Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Coach values and increasing brand awareness through daily operations and customer interactions.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operation of the business, including adherence to store procedures and corporate policies.
• Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend targeted actions to improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview and participate in performance evaluations; deliver high-level training and coach team members to improve individual and collective performance.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment; provide constructive feedback and hold team accountable for meeting individual and business goals.
• Develop and mentor staff in clienteling techniques to build long-term customer relationships and maximize lifetime value.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and champion company resources that support employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
• Proven ability to analyse sales metrics and translate insight into actionable plans that drive KPIs.
• Demonstrated people-management skills: coaching, giving feedback, performance management and recruitment.
• Physically able to perform retail duties: bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry at least 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing luxury retail environment and supporting operational tasks as needed.

Experience

At least 1 year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion, with demonstrable results in driving sales and developing teams.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or certificate in retail management/visual merchandising preferred.
