Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Lead Supervisor in Sevierville, Tennessee — full-time retail leader driving sales, team development and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by exemplifying Coach values and promoting brand awareness in every customer interaction.
- Drive store performance through analysis of sales data and trends; recommend and execute initiatives to improve KPIs.
- Recruit, interview, coach and develop store staff; deliver high-level training and performance evaluations as needed.
- Implement corporate initiatives and enforce company policies and store operational procedures to ensure compliance.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture; provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable for individual and business objectives.
- Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships and enhance lifetime value.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership and champion resources to support employee well‑being.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop retail sales teams to meet measurable targets and KPIs.
- Proven business acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); able to navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills with experience providing HR‑related guidance in a retail environment.
- Comfort with change and ambiguity; resilient, decisive and results‑oriented.

Education
High school diploma or GED required; coursework or training in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
