Coach in Richmond, BC seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead the sales floor, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Coach values and increasing brand awareness through frontline engagement.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, recruitment support, interviewing, performance evaluations and targeted development plans.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend/implement actions to improve store performance.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure adherence to corporate policies, store procedures and compliance standards.
  • Support conflict resolution and HR-related matters in the absence of store leadership and champion resources that foster a healthy workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop frontline retail teams and to hold team members accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience analysing sales data and executing strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks required in retail: regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, climb and manoeuvre stockroom and salesfloor.
  • Ability to support HR processes and resolve interpersonal conflicts professionally.

Experience

At least one year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing retail teams.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 28 per hour.
