Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Pittsburgh, PA — lead the store team, drive sales and clienteling. Hourly $16.00–$24.75.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary service and presentation.
- Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full store operations, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview, coach, and evaluate store team members; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans.
- Drive clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric selling.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of store leadership and maintain an inclusive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, stockroom procedures, and loss-prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail sales teams to meet individual and store objectives.
- Strong business acumen with experience using sales data to inform strategy and drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of giving direct, actionable feedback.
- Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Minimum of 1+ year of retail supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury apparel/leather goods.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management or business preferred.
