Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary service and presentation.
  • Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full store operations, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, interview, coach, and evaluate store team members; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans.
  • Drive clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on customer-centric selling.
  • Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of store leadership and maintain an inclusive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, stockroom procedures, and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail sales teams to meet individual and store objectives.
  • Strong business acumen with experience using sales data to inform strategy and drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of giving direct, actionable feedback.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
