Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Lead Supervisor in Park City, Utah — lead the retail team, drive sales and elevate customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness in all customer interactions.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure efficient daily store operations and adherence to policies.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training and individualized development plans for team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
- Coach, give constructive feedback and hold team members accountable to individual and business goals.
- Develop and sustain a customer-centric culture; mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR support and conflict-resolution assistance in the absence of senior leadership.
- Perform physical store tasks as required, including moving product/fixtures and stocking (ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, including coaching, performance management and team development.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving to KPIs and translating sales data into actionable plans.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and to mentor others in clienteling techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury apparel/leather goods, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Park City, Utah, USA, with easy access to Salt Lake City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
