Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Montebello, CA to lead store operations and drive sales at Montebello Town Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and increasing brand awareness through client-facing activities and merchandising.
- Drive execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including adherence to operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver coaching, high-level training and ongoing performance evaluations to develop the team.
- Provide constructive feedback, hold team members accountable for individual and business goals, and implement individualized development plans.
- Lead clienteling strategy and mentor staff to build long-term customer relationships and increase retention.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the store and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams; experience with recruiting and conducting interviews.
- Strong business acumen with experience using sales data to drive decisions and meet KPIs.
- Demonstrated customer-focus and clienteling skills to drive long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, reach, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching staff, and executing store initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail/management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
