Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Lead Supervisor in Lee, Massachusetts to lead retail sales, team coaching and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Analyze sales data and trends to recommend and implement actions that improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview, onboard and deliver high-level training and development for store team members.
- Coach, give constructive feedback, and hold individuals accountable to performance and behavioral standards.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that promotes excellent customer experiences and long-term client relationships through clienteling.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and enforce company policies and store operational procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, stockroom management and occasional physical tasks including lifting and moving product and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, drive results and execute planned strategies to meet KPIs.
- Proven experience in recruiting, coaching, performance management and delivering training to retail teams.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a bachelor’s degree in a related field is beneficial but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
