Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Lead Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV to drive sales, coach teams, and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible leadership presence on the sales floor to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, modeling Coach values and cultivating brand awareness with clients and store teams.
- Implement corporate initiatives and store operational processes to ensure smooth daily business operations.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical changes to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new team members; provide high-level training, ongoing coaching, and performance feedback.
- Drive a customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Support HR-related matters and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership; enforce company policies and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail sales teams and hold individuals accountable to goals and standards.
- Comfortable analyzing sales metrics and translating insights into actionable plans to drive KPIs.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory experience within a competitive retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury accessories.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
