Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and cultivate lasting customer relationships within the store coffee operation.
  • Support daily sales targets by motivating staff, driving key selling behaviours and maintaining high conversion standards.
  • Coach, train and provide real-time feedback to associates to elevate beverage craft, service techniques and operational consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or food service.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to delegate and develop team members.
  • Familiarity with food & beverage operating systems and point-of-sale platforms.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and reliable cash handling practices.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
