Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values to increase brand awareness and ensure consistent customer experience.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations, including merchandising, stock management and visual presentation.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, training and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends; translate insights into actionable plans to improve store performance.
- Drive clienteling strategy to grow long‑term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR and conflict‑resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and enforce compliance with company policies.
- Ensure safe, organized handling of product and store fixtures; perform or delegate physical tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a lead/supervisory role within a competitive retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Demonstrated experience with sales analysis, KPI monitoring and translating data into store-level actions.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting, interviewing, training and conducting performance evaluations.
- Strong customer focus with experience executing clienteling strategies.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of equivalent supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting with responsibility for driving sales, developing staff and supporting full store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in business, retail management or fashion is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
