Coach Lead Supervisor I — full-time retail leadership role in Asheville, NC with Coach (Tapestry).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales-floor operations to achieve store KPIs while embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
- Provide visible leadership and coaching to the team; mentor advisors in clienteling, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales data, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and high-level training; conduct performance evaluations and deliver actionable feedback.
- Implement company initiatives and enforce corporate and store operational policies and procedures.
- Support HR and conflict-resolution activities in the absence of senior leadership; promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
- Assist with merchandising, stockroom management and visual standards; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving product and fixtures as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail environment.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail sales teams to meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Strong business acumen with experience interpreting sales metrics and translating them into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated aptitude for recruiting, interviewing and delivering performance feedback.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, kneel and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with hands‑on responsibility for driving sales and developing team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail management coursework preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Asheville, North Carolina, USA, with easy access to Charlotte.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
