Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales, meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, promoting brand values and increasing brand awareness in-store.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends; produce actionable recommendations to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop the team.
- Provide performance feedback, set individual goals, and hold team members accountable to achieve targets.
- Coach the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and maximise retention.
- Support HR and conflict-resolution matters in the absence of senior leadership; enforce company policies and store procedures.
- Maintain a safe, organized sales floor and stockroom; perform occasional physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to coach, motivate and develop retail sales teams.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into on‑floor actions to improve KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; experience handling HR-related issues in a retail setting.
- Comfortable executing recruitment, interviewing and performance evaluation processes.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or lead-level retail management experience in a competitive store environment, with demonstrable results in team development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
