Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Lead Store Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead the sales floor, coach the team and drive store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets, drive KPIs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Coach, promoting brand values and increasing in‑store brand awareness.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure full operational adherence to store procedures and corporate policies.
- Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through regular feedback, performance evaluations and targeted training.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer trends; recommend and execute tactics to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding; step in to provide HR and conflict‑resolution assistance in the absence of store leadership.
- Mentor the team in clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships and improve retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or leading a competitive retail sales floor at a lead/supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams, deliver performance feedback and improve individual results.
- Proven customer‑centric orientation with experience executing clienteling or relationship‑based selling strategies.
- Capacity to perform physical retail duties: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead or supervisor level, including team coaching, basic recruiting and operational responsibilities.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
