Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated client experience consistent with Coach brand standards.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying company values, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring execution of merchandising and visual directives.
  • Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full store operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical adjustments to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, interview and onboard store-level talent; deliver high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop individual and team capabilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and hold team members accountable to individual and business objectives.
  • Mentor the team on clienteling strategy and customer-centric service techniques to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of store leadership and champion company resources that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Support inventory management and stockroom operations; assist with merchandising, fixture handling and occasional heavy lifting as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or similar level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of delivering direct, constructive feedback and managing conflict.
  • Proven customer-focus and experience executing clienteling strategies to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, climb and lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
